Assaf Roth – CEO, Co-Founder

Assaf is the CEO and co-founder of ignitAd, a leading provider for Yield Optimization. Prior to his role at ignitAd, Assaf co-founded Celebros, a company which introduced a ground-breaking search technology for ecommerce stores. During more than seven years at Celebros, Assaf held several positions, including CEO and CFO, and drove the company to revenues of millions of dollars from scratch. Assaf was also a co-founder and co-CEO at W.M. Investments, a company developing simulation software for the e-learning field. Assaf served for six years in an elite technology unit of the Israel Defense Force’s Intelligence Corps, where he achieved the rank of Captain. Assaf holds an M.B.A. from Tel-Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from The Technion (a Think Tank institute).

Yoav Ben-Ari – CTO, Co-Founder

Yoav is ignitAd’s leading technological figure, with over a decade of experience in mission critical systems design, systems architecture, scalability, prototyping, and software development. Prior to ignitAd, Yoav was a technology consultant, as well as a .NET instructor at John Bryce Training, the leading provider of professional IT training services in Israel. Yoav was also Senior Software Engineer at Certagon, a company developing real-time enterprise analytics platforms. Yoav served for three years in an elite technology unit of the Israeli Defense Force’s Intelligence Corps, where he created web-based and client-server information systems. Yoav holds a B.A. in Philosophy and a B.Sc. in Biology from Tel- Aviv University.

Lev Reitblat, PhD – Algorithm Expert

Lev has over 15 years of experience in algorithm definition and development, and has served in related managerial roles at various technology companies. He has held senior positions at companies including Equitick, Metacafe, Ness Technologies, Procognia, Answers.com, Softel Software Technologies, and Telrad Networks. His managerial responsibilities have included supervision of multidisciplinary projects throughout the product life cycle, from design and prototyping to implementation and acceptance. He has patented algorithms for search technology, automatic classification and image analysis; and has published numerous articles related to applied mathematics. Lev completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Applied Mathematics at Hebrew University, and has both a PhD in Applied Mathematics & Physics and an M.S. in Computer Science (summa cum laude) from the Moscow University of Engineering.
